In August 2008 we traveled with the Newmar Kountry Klub (an owner's group for our motor home) on a trip thru the Canadian Maritimes....Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.  Our tour started in Quebec City and ended in Halifax.

Things we learned about Canada....

  • For the most part, Canadians are just like US.
  • Tim Horton's has more sites than Starbucks
  • Quebec City has the meanest drivers we have ever encountered (most rude)
  • The roadsides are beautiful with wildflowers everywhere and no billboards and little roadside trash
  • Canada has geographical beauty that rivals anything we've seen in the US
  • We want to go back to spend more time in a number of places
